Met dit mozaïek gestart in Carole Choucair Oueijan's workshop "Catching Eyes" 

Gemaakt volgens de oude Byzantijnse indirecte techniek. Het glas wordt met tijdelijke lijm op zijn kop op de basis gelijmd. Zodra ieder stukje op zijn plaats zit wordt het mozaïek omgedraaid en op de basis (in dit geval triplex) gelijmd.

I started this mosaic in Carole Choucair Oueijan's workshop "Catching Eyes" 

Made according to the old Byzantine indirect technique. You glue the pieces with temporary glue frontside down on the base. When all is done, the mosaic is flipped and glued on to the substrate
